포지션 - 비즈니스 인텔리전스 및 데이터 엔지니어

ㅇ 포지션 관련 설명
그룹 비즈니스 데이터의 보고 및 분석을 담당하게 됩니다. 주로 영업, 운영 및 인수에 초점을 맞출 것입니다. 제품 관리자, 마케팅 팀 및 개발자와 긴밀하게 협력하여 업무진행하고, 개발자들은 data-driven 제품을 사용할 수 있습니다. 당신은 볼트테크에서 데이터 중심의 문화를 불어넣을 핵심적인 인물이 될 것입니다.

ㅇ 요구 업무사항
 주요 비즈니스 기능에 대한 일일, 주간, 월간, 연간 보고
 재무 부서에 대한 월별 마감 매출 파일 작성
 데이터 요청 및 쿼리 지원을 위한 국가 수준 관리 회의 참여
 시각화 툴을 사용한 대시보드 보고의 지속적인 개선 및 자동화
 제품, 엔지니어링 및 비즈니스 이해 관계자와 직접 작업할 때 데이터 기반 의사 결정 지원
 심층 분석 보고서 작성 및 제시
 회사 전체에 실시간 통찰력을 전달하기 위한 대시보드 및 시각화 구축
 비기술 사용자와의 협력 및 데이터 완성도 향상
 시장을 위한 데이터 처리 프로세스의 지속적인 개선
 데이터 및 인프라가 허용하는 경우 정기적으로 보고서 자동화

ㅇ 필요 자격 및 기술 사항

 데이터 과학, 컴퓨터 과학, 수학, 통계 또는 관련 분야의 BSC
 분석직 최소 1년 경력
 코딩 경험 필요
 보고 패키지(Tableau 또는 Power BI 등), 데이터베이스(SQL 등) 및 프로그래밍(Python, Javascript, R 등)에 대한 지식
 통계에 대한 지식 및 통계 패키지를 사용하여 데이터 세트(Excel, SPSS, SAS 등)를 분석한 경험
 문제 이해, 데이터 정리 및 분석, 모델링, 테스트 및 (이상적인) 배치에서 시작하여 end-to-end data science 프로젝트를 처리할 수 있는 입증된 경험
 뛰어난 분석 및 문제 해결 능력
 디테일을 추구하는 세심함
 영어와 한국어를 유창하게 구사하며 한국에서 근무 선호

Title – Business Intelligence Executive and Data Engineer

Grade – 2

In this position you will…

…be responsible of the reporting and analysis of the groups business data. The predominant focus will be on sales, operations, and underwriting. You will work very closely to Product Managers, Marketing Teams, and Developers to enable data-driven products. Also, you will be a key person to infuse a data-driven culture at bolttech.

You will be responsible for…

 Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual reporting for the key business functions
 Preparation of monthly closing sales file to the finance department
 Participation in country level management meeting to support data requests and queries
 The continued improvement and automation of dashboard reporting using our visualization tools
 Supporting data-driven decisions when working directly with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
 Producing and presenting in-depth analytics reports
 Building dashboards and visualisations to communicate real-time insights across the company
 Working with non-technical users and developing our data maturity
 Continuous improvement of data processing process for the markets
 Automating reports periodically where data and infrastructure permits

You will require the following qualifications and skills

 BSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
 Minimum 1 year’s experiences of an analytical position
 Coding experience is also required
 Knowledge of reporting packages (Tableau or Power BI etc), databases (SQL etc) and programming (Python, Javascript, R etc)
 Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, and SAS etc.)
 Proven experience to handle an end-to-end data science project starting from problem understanding, data cleaning and analysis, modelling, testing and (ideally) deployment
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Meticulous with an eye for details
 Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean; Prefers to be located in Korea
 Must show a willingness to work as a member of a team, but also able to work independently and on own initiative
